Responsibilities

Lead HR process discovery and redesign efforts across full employee lifecycle activities, identifying opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate workflows
Serve as a primary escalation point for resolving HR system issues—including timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll—ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution
Administer, maintain and optimize HRIS platforms and ensure systems remain secure, up-to-date, and function reliably
Serve as the UKG functional subject matter expert (SME), overseeing configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and workflow enhancements
Conduct system evaluations to identify opportunities to improve usability, data integrity, automation, and self‑service functionality
Support system integrations, data feeds, and interface performance to maintain data accuracy and operational efficiency
Develop and enhance HR dashboards and reports in Cognos Analytics, enabling accurate, timely, and data‑driven decision‑making
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system functionality, workflows, SOPs, and process maps
Apply strong analytical judgment to resolve routine and complex system issues to deliver practical and timely solutions
Perform other related duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required
4+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, digital transformation, or HR process improvement
Handson experience working with UKG configuration and system integrations required
High Proficiency in Cognos Analytics and HR reporting, dashboards, and data visualization required
Knowledge of integration concepts (APIs, SFTP feeds) and data governance
Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
