Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain application programs through coding, debugging, testing, configuration, and technical analysis
Conduct detailed analysis of functional and technical requirements to support solution design and implementation
Translate requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and development tasks to enable accurate delivery
Produce efficient, scalable, and maintainable code using modern programming, scripting, and database languages
Perform unit testing and support broader testing efforts to validate functionality, performance, and stability
Document application changes and technical solutions, including process flows, data flow diagrams, and system interfaces
Provide support for application implementation activities, deployments, and post-release issue resolution
Support integration efforts between applications and external systems, including data exchanges and APIs
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide root cause analysis with recommended corrective actions
Collaborate with project leadership, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned to business needs

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 7+ years of related experience in application development and support
Proficiency with the following languages: C#, TypeScript, SQL
Experience with the following technologies/frameworks: NET, Angular, Microsoft SQL Server
Strong experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation
Demonstrated ability to write, debug, and optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability
Experience producing technical documentation such as process diagrams, data flow diagrams, and implementation notes
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including the ability to resolve complex technical issues
US Citizenship

Preferred

Must have the ability to learn functional concepts associated with enterprise asset management, real property, condition assessments, capital planning, space use and other functional areas
Capable of possessing a U.S. Secret Clearance
