Self Opportunity, Inc. is partnering with Unleashed Brands, a fast-growing, multi-brand franchisor, to support corporate recruiting needs. This role involves executing full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles and managing multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Execute full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles, including:
Individual contributors (Marketing, Operations, Accounting/Finance, etc.)
Mid-level managers and project managers
Partner with hiring managers on intake calls and recruiting strategy
Manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain candidate pipelines across multiple corporate functions
Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication
Ensure compliance with employment laws and hiring procedures
Coordinate pre-employment steps such as background checks and drug screens
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience recruiting for a broad range of corporate roles
Exposure to both individual contributor and mid-level management hiring
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar platforms
Experience partnering with hiring managers in a corporate setting
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
ATS experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
