Responsibilities
Own MarketCast’s core narrative, messaging framework, and POV in partnership with the CMO
Lead PR strategy and execution, including:
Press announcements
Thought leadership
Executive visibility
Award submissions and speaking opportunities
Manage PR agencies and external partners to ensure quality, consistency, and impact
Ensure messaging is consistent across product launches, research releases, partnerships, and company moments
Build and oversee a content engine that turns insights, research, and POV into high-impact content
Own social strategy across LinkedIn and other priority channels with a focus on:
Authority
Engagement
Reach with the right audience (not vanity metrics)
Partner with internal leaders to elevate executive voices through smart, authentic thought leadership
Ensure content feels modern, differentiated, and aligned with the brand—not generic B2B noise
Own the strategy and execution of key events, including:
Industry conferences
Hosted events and executive dinners
Product launches and thought leadership moments
Ensure events are not standalone activations, but integrated moments that fuel PR, content, and pipeline influence
Partner with demand generation to connect events to broader GTM goals
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years in marketing communications, PR, content, or brand roles
Experience in B2B, media, technology, data, or insights-driven companies
Proven track record of managing PR and comms programs
Proven track record of leading integrated campaigns across channels
Proven track record of producing or overseeing impactful events
Experience working directly with senior executives is required
Preferred
Agency experience is a plus
