Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, managing, and supervising the execution of construction projects while balancing budget, quality, and schedule
Deployed on multiple projects whose project duration extends 3 to 12 months, include multiple subcontractors, and multiple disciplines scope of work
Qualification
Required
Associates degree required in a field related to construction (i.e., engineering, architecture) or equivalent related work experience required
5+ years of progressive experience in a role performing project management job functions for construction projects required
This role requires applicable experience in building infrastructure and/or energy reduction initiatives
Proficient with planning, scheduling, and coordinating detailed phases of projects
Proficient with time management to follow the various detailed phases of projects
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary
Strong communication skills and the ability to think quickly to resolve problems in real time are essential in this position
Organizational skills and close attention to detail are also important
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Additional certifications (i.e. CEM, LEED AP, EIT, or PE) also a plus
CAD experience a plus
