Qualification
Required
Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills, with an ability to build and maintain relationships
Effective Analytical and Research skills to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions
Experience in Fundraising, with a focus on engaging stakeholders and securing support
Proactive problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field is preferred
Experience in community-building or a member-focused role is a plus
