Director of Marketing

They are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead and execute the marketing strategy for office brokerage services in downtown Chicago, focusing on brand elevation and market positioning.

Responsibilities
Partner closely with office brokerage teams to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive office leasing within the portfolio
Position the firm and its brokers as thought leaders in the Chicago office market through storytelling, insights, and branding
Align marketing initiatives with clients goals
Partner closely with office brokerage teams to create customized marketing plans for listings, pitches, and pursuits
Oversee creation of property marketing materials including brochures, pitch decks, email campaigns, and digital assets
Ensure all marketing materials are high-quality, accurate, on-brand, and compliant with firm standards
Manage and evolve the firm’s brand identity across all platforms, with a focus on the downtown Chicago market
Lead public relations efforts including press releases, media outreach, awards submissions, and market commentary
Develop and oversee content strategy (market reports, thought leadership, website content)
Oversee digital marketing efforts including website strategy, SEO, email marketing, social media, and online advertising
Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness
Use market data and analytics to refine messaging and targeting
Manage relationships with marketing and creative agencies
Manage relationships with vendors such as designers, photographers, videographers, printers, and digital agencies
Oversee marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
3+ years of marketing experience, with experience in commercial real estate or professional services
Proven experience marketing office properties and brokerage services, preferably in a major urban CBD market
Strong understanding of the downtown Chicago office market and competitive landscape
Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Highly collaborative and able to influence senior brokers and leadership
