Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements, and conduct thorough legal research
Identify and analyze legal issues, providing strategic guidance to clients
Manage cases from inception through resolution, collaborating effectively with partners and colleagues
Qualification
Required
4–8 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, including significant exposure to construction litigation
Active license to practice law in New Jersey (required)
Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
Ability to manage matters independently while contributing as part of a team
Preferred
Admission in New York and/or Pennsylvania is a plus, but not required
