Responsibilities
Meet and greet customers in a friendly, courteous and professional manner
Listen to and understand customer needs and provide recommendations accordingly
Conduct vehicle test drives with customers to demonstrate vehicle features and capabilities
Provide accurate and timely pricing information to customers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to generate additional sales opportunities
Maintain a deep knowledge of all Chevrolet vehicles, features, and options to be able to answer customer questions and provide information effectively
Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage leads and follow-up with customers
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Qualification
Required
Prior sales experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide exceptional service
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing sales techniques and product knowledge
Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive team culture
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
