Responsibilities
Assist with preparation and review of federal and state corporate income tax returns
Support quarterly and annual income tax provision processes
Coordinate tax compliance activities, payments, and filings across multiple jurisdictions
Contribute to tax forecasting, analysis, and impact assessments related to legislative or business changes
Support tax audits and inquiries in partnership with internal stakeholders and external advisors
Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, finance, and other business teams
Monitor changes in tax law and assess potential organizational impact
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1–2 years of tax experience, ideally from a Big 4 or large public accounting firm
Strong Excel skills
Preferred
Federal corporate income tax experience strongly preferred
Exposure to tax provision or ERP systems is a plus
