Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries about policy and coverage questions and consult with clients on policy changes
Responsible for providing timely and professional day-to-day client service
Provide continuous client service
Research and compile answers to client policy and coverage questions
Initiate relationships with and communicate with client decision makers and insurer personnel
Create certificate and auto identification guidelines for certificate issuance
Identify, compile, and manage information regarding account renewal
Request, install, and implement policy changes and prepare new and renewal business submissions
Qualification

Able to efficiently prioritize various tasks as they come in
Has Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 60 days

Technical knowledge of product area or industry
Ability to provide consultation and expert advice to management on risk management issues
