Responsibilities
Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to fully understand the job requirements and how to attract world class talent
Write and post technical job descriptions
Craft and send personalized outreach emails to engage passive candidates on Hiretual and LinkedIn Recruiter
Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen technical resumes
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze candidates’ abilities
Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work
Understand the KPIs for the role and document your key metrics
Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Qualification
Required
Proven track record as a Senior Technical Recruiter
Ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles
Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with hiring managers as well as within the talent acquisition team
Familiarity with modern Applicant Tracking Systems
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and platforms
