Senior Account Manager – Integrated/Demand Generation
Unreal Digital Group is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Integrated/Demand Generation to lead the strategy and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified leads, pipeline growth, and measurable revenue impact. This role requires a strategic, data-driven marketer to manage integrated program design and performance across various channels.

Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of integrated demand generation campaigns aligned to business and revenue goals
Translate client business objectives into integrated campaign strategies, audience frameworks, and GTM plans
Be accountable for demand program outcomes — not just execution — using data to diagnose gaps and recommend course correction
Activate and optimize campaigns across channels including email, paid media, SEO, content marketing, social media, and events
Continuously optimize programs to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI
Analyze performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations and next steps
Build detailed performance reports highlighting KPIs, trends, and opportunities
Conduct A/B testing to improve messaging, targeting, and campaign effectiveness
Collaborate closely with content, design, and digital teams to create compelling campaign assets
Lead client-facing performance reviews and optimization conversations
Present insights, recommendations, and tradeoffs with confidence and clarity
Act as a senior day-to-day partner to client stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or account management — agency experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and multi-channel campaign execution
Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and use data to guide decisions
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas
Comfortable managing multiple initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders at once
Experience with project management and analytics tools
Curiosity and adaptability around emerging tools and AI-driven workflows
Preferred
Experience supporting complex B2B buying journeys with multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles
