Craft assignment descriptions and ensure volunteer safety
Lead recruitment efforts and coordinate training for volunteers
Recognize the contributions of volunteers through engaging activities
Prepare reports showcasing the program's successes
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and encourage others
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office
