Responsibilities

Represent Your Team: As a primary contact for the Customer Contact Center, you assist others through video, phone, and chat messages. You redirect or route calls, escalating bigger issues. You ask questions and actively listen. You know when to recommend bank products and/or services to further fulfill customers needs
Be a Busy Bee: The productive kind. Deposit funds and process mobile deposits. Assist with withdrawals, handle loan payments, transfer money from account to account, and more! No day is alike and thats where you thrive
Balance it Out: An electronic cash drawer that is. You balance your drawer throughout the day and at shifts end. Your accuracy in handling money is essential
Be a Key Contributor: You smash your teams goals all while providing outstanding customer service and ensuring all policy and procedures are followed
Outsmart Fraudsters: You protect our customers by not only identifying their needs but by identifying them first and acting as the banks first line of defense to combat these tricksters
Throw a Flag: You recognize unusual account activity and are quick on your toes when it occurs. Account flag? You saw it. Delinquent loans? You are on it
Bring the Positivity: Most importantly, the way you handle any task with a positive attitude and a smile is the added cherry on top

Have Saturday availability

Preferred

No banking experience required
Experience in cashiering/retail roles, teaching, CNAs, administrative/office work
