Remote Patient Monitoring Program Coordinator-Public Health
The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a dedicated professional for the Remote Patient Monitoring Program Coordinator role. This position involves overseeing grant funding and developing strategies for chronic disease prevention and management, while ensuring effective program delivery to improve health outcomes in Nebraska.

Identify community partners, create subawards/contracts
Monitor partner and whole project budget and project progress
Support implementation and operation of program objectives
Provide quality assurance/compliance with federal grant requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, social/behavioral sciences, health sciences, public health, education, law or related field OR experience in the development of operational policies and procedures, performing quality assurance analysis/evaluation of programs; grant writing, contract management, or leading community based health/social care groups. Related coursework, training and/or education may substitute for the Bachelor's degree on a year-for year basis
Preferred
Master's degree in public or community health, business or public administration, social/behavioral sciences, health sciences, healthcare, or related field
Minimum of 3 years' experience working in public or community health, public administration, healthcare, or related field
Experience writing and managing federal grants and contracts/subawards and performing quality assurance and monitoring
