Responsibilities
The Used Car Technician will be responsible for servicing and repairing multiple vehicles makes and models as assigned by the service department
Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunction of vehicles and perform repairs
Accurately document record of all repairs, services and maintenance performed on vehicles in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
Collaborate with service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
Perform maintenance and repairs with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of prior experience as an Automotive Used Car Technician
Must have experience performing maintenance and repairs on all makes and models
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
18 years or older required
All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen
Preferred
Smog License (Test and Repair)
ASE and manufacturer certifications
A/C certification
