Summer Internship – Sourcing & Procurement Intern

InternKrispy Kreme is a beloved sweet treat brand known for its iconic Original Glazed® doughnut. They are seeking a Sourcing & Procurement Intern to conduct audits, analyze data, and support project management within their Procurement & Sourcing team.

Responsibilities
Conduct audits of indirect contracts and vendor metadata across systems to identify gaps, inconsistencies, alignment opportunities, and data privacy or compliance requirements
Analyze data from multiple non-connected systems and the indirect contract base to deliver actionable insights that support procurement compliance, process optimization, and vendor decision-making
Analyze existing data and develop clear visualizations and insights using PowerBI or other analytics tools
Support project management and cross-functional coordination, including timeline tracking, risk identification, status reporting, and communication with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners
Create and contribute to training, documentation, and user support materials for the new CLM tool and planned Procure-to-Pay process changes, including the designated buyer program

Contract Lifecycle Management Tool (CLM) Vendor Selection & Implementation Support

Qualification
Required
Recent or current undergrad/grad students who have or will graduate between May 2025 - May 2027
Holds a recent degree or pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Business Administration, Business Law, Data Science, Technical/Organizational Communications, or similar areas of study
Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc
Has intellectual curiosity, is passionate about learning, and ready to take on new opportunities
Strong communication skills (written & oral) with attention to detail
Ability to engage and work with cross-functional partners across the organization
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, shift priorities, and work under tight timelines
Ability to efficiently work in an office environment
