Provider Partnerships Manager (Territory Sales Manager)

Nourish is on a mission to improve people's health by making it easy to eat well through a patient-friendly healthcare system centered on nutrition. The Provider Partnerships Manager will focus on building relationships with healthcare providers to increase patient referrals and ensure access to nutrition care. This role requires a proactive approach to fostering partnerships and contributing to the growth of the Provider Partnerships function.

Responsibilities

Spend ~4 days per week in the field, meeting with providers within an approximately 1-hour driving radius of your territory
Proactively research, prospect, and identify new provider partners
Build trust and credibility with leads, converting them into referral partners who rely on Nourish for their patients' nutrition care
Develop authentic, long-term relationships not only with providers but also with clinic staff — including medical assistants, office managers, and administrators — ensuring the entire office is engaged in supporting patient referrals
Help shape the Provider Partnerships function by refining processes, creating resources, and sharing best practices that strengthen the team

Required

You must be located in the Riverside, CA area
Proven success in a provider-facing field sales role (pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry strongly preferred)
Demonstrated ability to independently build and grow a territory from the ground up with strategic ownership
Strong professional presence and the ability to influence and connect across the entire office - from physicians to medical assistants, office managers, and staff
Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and a comfort with quickly learning new systems
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with strong time management and organizational abilities
You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for this position
