Responsibilities
Build and manage API, webhook, and event-based integrations with systems like CRM, HR, data platforms, and internal tools
Design data mappings, error handling, and monitoring for reliable workflows
Implement secure authentication methods (OAuth, API keys, SSO, secrets management)
Partner with product, data, and security teams to align integrations with business needs
Support and troubleshoot integration issues in production environments
Create and maintain technical documentation and integration guides
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with API-driven integrations
Understanding of data pipelines, security, and system interoperability
Ability to support production integrations and resolve issues end to end
Clear communication and collaboration skills
