Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
Partner with IT, product, and development teams to ensure accurate implementation
Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement review sessions
Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution
Create process flows, use cases, business rules, and data mapping documentation
Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment
Support change management and communication activities
Prepare executive-level and operational reporting as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
Strong experience in: Business requirements gathering and documentation
Strong experience in: Process analysis and process mapping
Strong experience in: Stakeholder management
Strong experience in: SDLC and Agile methodologies
Experience writing: Functional requirement documents (FRDs)
Experience writing: User stories and acceptance criteria
Experience writing: Use cases and process flows
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with tools such as: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred
Experience in regulated industries (Finance, Healthcare, Insurance, Government, Utilities, etc.)
Exposure to data analysis, SQL, or BI tools
Experience supporting enterprise applications or large-scale system implementations
Experience working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments
CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar certifications
