Responsibilities
Performing a variety of complex administrative duties in developing and carrying out departmental programs
Analyzing administrative problems
Requires independent judgment in the interpretation, application, and enforcement of statutes, rules, regulations, and policies
Assist the captain and other motor carrier personnel with office tasks
Answering the telephone
Interacting with the public
Acting as the liaison
Preparing contracts
Editing and composing correspondence
Maintaining files
Obtaining quotes
Completing purchase order requests
Reconciling invoices
Assisting with travel vouchers/authorizations
Entering timesheets
