Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, reliable software delivery
Automate application deployments and infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
Implement and manage deployment automation across multiple environments (development, test, staging, production)
Monitor system performance, uptime, and availability, proactively identifying and resolving issues
Collaborate closely with development, QA, and security teams to integrate DevOps practices across the SDLC
Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions to ensure real-time operational insight
Ensure deployment pipelines follow security, compliance, and operational best practices
Continuously improve pipeline efficiency, reliability, and observability
Qualification
Required
8+ years of professional DevOps or platform engineering experience
Current Microsoft / Azure certifications (latest versions required)
Proven experience supporting enterprise-grade, highly available systems
Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native delivery models
Automation of deployments and infrastructure
CI/CD pipeline engineering and optimization
Real-time system monitoring and operational visibility
Cloud-based DevOps practices
Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
CI/CD Platforms: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
Infrastructure & Containers: Terraform, Docker
Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure
Version Control: Git
Practices: Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automated deployments, continuous monitoring
Preferred
Experience supporting large-scale public-sector or regulated environments
Familiarity with high-availability and mission-critical systems
Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced delivery environments
