Responsibilities

Leads complex, high‑risk, and sensitive investigations and performance improvement cases to ensure sound, timely, and equitable resolution through advanced judgment
Conducts ER assessments, audits, investigations, and performance coaching to accurately interpret policy and strengthen organizational consistency
Provides strategic, data‑driven, and principles-based counsel to senior leaders to inform talent decisions, mitigate risk, and shape a resilient culture
Owns or co‑leads enterprise ER initiatives to enhance investigation rigor, improve PIP lifecycle effectiveness, and elevate quality and mitigation strategies
Mentors ER Advisors and Specialists to build enterprise capability and ensure strong, scalable ER expertise
Drives ServiceNow and TMR process adoption by reinforcing standards and ensuring documentation excellence for improved case management
Partners with HRBPs and Legal to proactively mitigate risk, coach leaders, and guide ongoing policy evolution
Coaches leaders on documentation, performance expectations, accountability, and TM experience management to increase leader effectiveness and decision quality

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business or a related field
5+ years in progressive leadership in employee relations, human resources or a comparable area; in-depth experience in leading investigations required
Demonstrates advanced ER case management and investigative expertise, including Title VII
Applies employment laws with sound judgment in varied, ambiguous scenarios
Uses data and analytics to drive fact‑based, predictive insights and recommendations
Prioritizes effectively and operates autonomously with high integrity and ethical judgment
Maintains full understanding and compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations
