Responsibilities
Service Desk Analyst will maintain accurate and consistent inventory levels across all hardware categories
Image, prepare, and configure computers for deployment
Support Service Desk Agents and leadership with equipment deployment and logistics
Provide weekly inventory reporting for upcoming orders
Coordinate computer repairs and vendor warranty services
Oversee shipping and receiving of equipment
Manage and update the inventory system, including spot checks on issued and returned devices
Clean and sanitize laptops prior to deployment
Conduct frequent spot and partial inventory audits
Maintain printer inventory, including adds/moves/changes
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will provide in-person and phone customer service to internal users
Assist with ticket creation and documentation
Coordinate recycling of equipment and vendor pickups
Maintain updated -grab-and-go- laptop and docking station availability for agents
Ensure coverage of the workstation/workbench at all times
Qualification
Required
High School diploma/GED or equivalent required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong keyboarding proficiency
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work independently
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Willingness to collaborate with Service Desk Agents and Field Technicians
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with internal customers
Ability to perform basic math calculations
Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds as needed
Preferred
Experience working with computerized inventory systems preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel preferred
