Territory Sales Manager – Central Valley
Insurance Recruiting Solutions is a leading auto insurance organization seeking a Territory Sales Manager to manage and grow relationships with independent agents and brokers. The role involves driving production, improving profitability, and leveraging data-driven decision-making to achieve success.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory growth plans to meet revenue and profitability goals
Partner with agents to improve loss ratios, production consistency, and account profitability
Recruit, onboard, and enable new agencies while providing ongoing training and support
Track, analyze, and report agency performance using Salesforce and analytics dashboards
Recommend remediation or transition of underperforming brokers as needed
Represent the organization professionally at events, campaigns, and in-person meetings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1+ years of insurance industry experience ideal but not required
1+ years of sales or marketing experience with proven success managing territory-based relationships
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills
Preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish
