Responsibilities

Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs
Auditing reports and documentation related to the immigration function globally . (55%)
Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to find information and record it appropriately. (25%)
Identifying and proposing process improvements for the future state. (5%)
Documenting process changes related to improvements made as a result of the audit. (10%)
Other incidental duties, like case authorizations in vendor tools. (10%)
Prepare and maintain employment records
Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, and employee referrals
Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills
Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection
Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and career opportunities within organizations

Required

Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent training required with 1-2 years of experience required
Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time
Basic knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and other work-related activities
Basic knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, and training
Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent computer skills, including MS Office Suite, HRIS and ATS systems (e.g., WorkDay)
Archiving & scanning the physical and electronic immigration case files
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills, including consultative and relationship management skills
Proven success in adhering to and leading project schedules and managing moderate sections of projects
Substantial knowledge and understanding of HR processes and procedures
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to manage internal and external confidential information with utmost discretion
Ability utilize consultative mindset techniques
Strict attention to detail, Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and awareness of compliance requirements
Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams, and represent the organization on specific projects
