Responsibilities
Supports Recruiting projects and initiatives in multiple areas
Provides customer service to internal and external customers (i.e. applicants and current employees)
Supports the recruitment process (posts open positions to external recruitment sites, schedules phone screens, schedules onsite interviews as needed, administers candidate assessments, schedules and updates Applicant Tracking System
Support other Talent Acquisition Partners in high school and college recruitment as needed
Supports the processing and tracking of ACE program candidates
Demonstrates approachability and ability to collaborate with others and effectively influence
Demonstrates an acceptance of the company culture (adhere to the company's core values) and an adoption of professional standards
Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Actively participates in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate
Qualification
Required
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or Education preferred
Three to six months of administrative experience in Human Resources
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to travel up to 25%
Ability to work a flexible schedule between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday
