Gather information to resolve title issues
Search, examine, and interpret real estate documents
Audit calculations and legal documents for accuracy
Communicate recording information and prepares legal property documents
Communicate professionally with all customers
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two years of relevant industry experience
Strong understanding of real estate law
Research skills
Proficiency in title processing
Passion for helping customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication with both our internal team and external customers
Problem solver with strong organizational skills
Detail oriented
Eagerness to learn
Natural curiosity, enjoys researching the history and background of transactions
Ability to clearly communicate with clients and team members effectively
Demonstrate a clear understanding of the principles of title process and procedures
Ability to display professionalism in circumstances of high pressure and heavy workflow
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent ability to organize and prioritize tasks
Recognize and solve problems independently
Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
Be flexible and able to move from task to task or client to client
Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies
Be able to pass a background check
Preferred
