Responsibilities
Assist with development of new customer facing publishing items to support channel initiatives (marketing collateral, job aids, FAQs, quality best practices and email campaigns)
Tasks related to maintenance of the Correspondent Manual
Maintenance of existing reference document library content (quality best practices, job aids and orientation materials)
Create and distribute monthly newsletter for combined sales teams
Issues ongoing client-facing communications (monthly policy updates and standard announcements
Work with third party vendors to publish / distribute external publishing items
Various administrative tasks including those associated with industry event attendance
Ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years experience in Correspondent or Wholesale originations roles
Knowledge of third party loan life cycle
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Word and Excel. Experience with Adobe Pro or similar application desired
Technical writing experience preferred
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
