HR Coordinator

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for ADA/FMLA administration to include: leave tracking, employee reminders and follow-up
Proactively manage pre-hire onboarding process for rehire candidates via Applicant Tracking System
Review and complete unemployment notices for separation information. Complete unemployment wage audits. Attend unemployment hearings
Facilitate new hire onboarding process including benefits presentation, E-Verify, pre-hire document management, new hire policy packet distribution, and employee file organization
Communicate promotion announcements via email, as needed
Process manager changes in a timely manner
Facilitate contractor conversion process to full time equivalent
Quarterly participation in committees
Coordinate employee events in collaboration with other HR Coordinators
Manage employee badges: activate, deactivate, and assignment
Laisse with TRP Coordinator to ensure Trip Reduction Program is successfully implemented
Monitor HR inventory to ensure adequate supply of materials for projected hiring classes. Submit supply orders when necessary
Monitor terminated employees who came from agency partners, notifying of any termination within first 90-days

CONFIDENTIALITY, a must
Strong knowledge of MS office suite of applications and aptitude to learn new applications quickly

Ability to work efficiently in a high demand fast paced environment
Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
Ability to work individually as well as in group environment

Preferred

2 to 4 year college degree preferred
2+ years Human Resources experience preferred
