Wizehire is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their established team of high-performing professionals. The role involves managing personal injury case files from start to finish and helping clients seek justice and compensation for their injuries.

Responsibilities

Handle personal injury case files from start to finish
Investigate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly
Gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case and conduct legal research on case law and premises liability
Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, supporting witnesses, and medical providers to gather information
Represent the client at hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and litigation

Required

3 years of experience in personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, or civil litigation practice areas is needed
A bachelor's degree and a J.D. degree is required
Must be computer proficient
State license to practice law and State Bar Association membership is mandatory
Three years of personal injury litigation or trial experience is required
Texas license to practice law and State Bar Association membership is required
Up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law, wrongful death, civil law is required

Preferred

Excellent negotiation, drafting, research, and communication skills are desired
Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred
