Responsibilities

Deliver onsite and remote technical support for computers, peripherals, mobile devices, and networked equipment across regional clinics
Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software at affiliate locations
Manage and resolve Level I support tickets; document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity, printing, VPN, email, and workstation issues
Assist with network and server equipment support as assigned
Maintain accurate IT equipment inventory and track hardware movement
Identify recurring technical issues and propose practical solutions to improve reliability
Provide user training and one‑on‑one support to ensure effective system use

Required

2+ years of IT support experience or equivalent IT‑related education
Proficiency with Windows 10/11, endpoint troubleshooting, and hardware configuration
Experience using a ticketing system (Zendesk or similar)
Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and general networking fundamentals
Exposure to Cisco Meraki equipment or similar network technologies
Ability to travel approximately 50% to regional clinics by car and occasionally by plane
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with non‑technical users
Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage shifting priorities with minimal supervision

Preferred

MSP experience, healthcare/EMR exposure, RingCentral or VoIP support, and/or CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certifications
