Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
Maintain accurate and up-to-date executive and team calendars
Prepare, review, and submit expense reports
Track reimbursements and ensure compliance with company policies

Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
Ensure documents are properly archived and easily accessible
Support ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
at least 2 years of relevant experience
Basic computer functions
Knowledgeable in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PPT)
Outlook, email management
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Equivalent professional experience will be considered
