Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
5+ years of system administration
Expert level experience in Microsoft Windows, Windows Server Family of Products, and Redhat Linux
Expert level knowledge of infrastructure protocols such as LDAP, SAML, OAuth 2.0, SSH, SFTP, SCP, SNMPv3, Netflow, SMTP
Advanced level of experience automating data reporting or operational tasks with scripting languages (including Python and Bash)
Experience with CI/CD pipeline processes
Solid understanding of other networking technologies (including TCP/IP, traffic analysis, TAPs, traffic brokers)
Excellent understanding of technology concepts such as SDLC, systems engineering, IT performance management, IT operations, operational monitoring, security monitoring, and KPI
Experience working with or integrating various enterprise management systems
Experienced leader of highly complex projects as part of a larger team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including technical writing
Preferred
Active US Secret or Top Secret clearance
Strong programming skills in Python and/or Bash
CCNA, CCNP, JNCIP and/or CCDA certifications
Extensive experience in packet analysis (Wireshark)
Familiarity with ITILv3 concepts especially Service Operations
