Responsibilities
Provide strategic guidance on product design direction across hardware and digital experiences
Advise on user experience, interaction, and usability improvements
Help shape a more cohesive end-to-end user journey from product onboarding to long-term engagement
Review and give feedback on design concepts, prototypes, and product initiatives
Offer perspective on design systems, processes, and product development best practices
Act as a thought partner to leadership on how design can better support business and user outcomes
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in product design, UX, or human-centered design
Has led or influenced design for consumer products, ideally blending physical + digital experiences
Brings strong product thinking, not just visual execution
Has experience scaling products from 0→1 and growth stages
Is comfortable working in an advisory / consultative capacity with senior stakeholders
Can commit to regular touchpoints (e.g., monthly or bi-weekly sessions)
