Responsibilities
Plan, build, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Advertising, Viant DSP, and emerging channels
Execute full-funnel paid search and paid social strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation
Monitor campaign performance daily and implement data-informed optimizations
Manage campaign budgets ranging from $500–$50,000+ per engagement
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure messaging and visuals align with campaign goals
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, platform reporting tools, and third-party dashboards
Translate data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations
Develop reports that communicate performance in a way clients can easily understand
Implement and troubleshoot tracking through Google Tag Manager or other tools
Maintain strong knowledge of attribution models, conversion tracking, and measurement best practices
Serve as day-to-day contact for a select group of clients
Present performance results, insights, and optimization strategies with confidence
Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and align media strategies accordingly
Partner closely with internal teams across creative, account management, and strategy
Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness
Develop comprehensive media plans aligned with client objectives
Conduct competitive analysis and audience research
Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and best practices
Contribute to new business pitches and proposals when needed
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Advertising
Knowledge of DSP platforms (Viant or similar is a plus)
Experience building audiences using platform tools, custom data, and lookalikes
Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
Experience with Google Tag Manager
Understanding of attribution, tracking, and conversion measurement
2–4 years managing paid media campaigns
Proven track record of generating leads and measurable results
Experience working across varied budget levels
Understanding of funnel optimization and demand generation
Strong communicator and confident presenter
Analytical thinker who enjoys problem-solving
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously
Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment
Preferred
Work with public sector, government, or professional services clients
A/B testing and creative optimization experience
Platform certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint)
