Responsibilities

Manage a high volume of requests efficiently
Proactively identify and escalate issues as needed
Exercise sound judgment and make well-informed decisions in complex, ambiguous situations, escalating as needed
Successfully work in a team environment and build effective working relationships
Prioritize and work independently and effectively with an appropriate sense of urgency while adjusting direction in response to quickly changing priorities

Required

5+ years demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced environment in related field
Must have Office Experience (outlook/excel/word)
Ability to manage a high volume of requests efficiently
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, solid problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail
Ability to proactively identify and escalate issues as needed
Exercise sound judgment and make well-informed decisions in complex, ambiguous situations, escalating as needed
The ability to successfully work in a team environment and build effective working relationships
The ability to prioritize and work independently and effectively with an appropriate sense of urgency while adjusting direction in response to quickly changing priorities
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required
5-7 years customer service-related experience required

Preferred

Microsoft Office & Azure DevOps Experience (outlook/excel/word)
Communication Experience (written / verbal / discretionary / confidentiality)
Experience with Managing High Volume in similar field
