Clinical Recruiter
Clarity Recruiting is partnering with a fast-growing, mission-driven mental health organization to hire a Contract Clinical Recruiter for a long-term engagement. This fully remote role will support high-volume clinical hiring and work closely with a Senior Recruiter to attract, engage, and coordinate candidates across multiple clinical disciplines.

Responsibilities
Review applications and verify clinical licenses are active and in good standing prior to outreach
Schedule and confirm interviews with speed, accuracy, and a high-touch candidate experience
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and answering questions
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruiting dashboards
Proactively source Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Psychotherapists, and RN Care Managers
Share qualified candidates with the Senior Recruiter for feedback and next steps
Post jobs to internal and external platforms
Extend verbal offers and draft/send offer letters
Support recruiting reports, metrics, and dashboards
Deliver a thoughtful, inclusive candidate experience
Support recruitment marketing and DEI-focused outreach efforts
Represent company values in all candidate interactions
Assist with licensing and credentialing processes in partnership with People Operations
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of clinical recruiting and sourcing experience (mental health strongly preferred)
Experience recruiting Psychiatrists, Psychotherapists, Care Managers, and/or Psychiatric NPs
Experience using licensing boards (e.g., Nursys, state Department of Health sites)
Strong scheduling, coordination, and candidate communication skills
Experience with licensing/credentialing is a plus
Tech-savvy: comfortable with ATS systems (ADP preferred), Google Workspace, Monday.com, and Slack
