Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers via phone and email regarding Access Control products specifically Akuvok
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CCTV hardware, software, and networking components
Assist customers with system setup, configuration, and maintenance
Collaborate with manufacturers to resolve complex technical issues
Document customer interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system
Stay up to date with the latest CCTV technologies and industry trends
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must have Access Control, Akuvok, troubleshooting experience (2 years)
Minimum of 1 year of CCTV surveillance, Low Voltage, experience
Comfortable with self-directed learning: reading docs, testing solutions, and asking smart follow-up questions
Resourceful problem-solver who can independently research issues and escalate appropriately
Growth mindset—seeks feedback and continuously improves
Mandarin language skills are a must
Preferred
Experience in troubleshooting and installing CCTV systems is preferred, but not mandatory
Knowledge of wired and wireless networking, including access points, managed switches, and enterprise-grade routers
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CCNA) are a plus
CCTV surveillance: 1 year (Preferred)
