Identifying and engaging with prospective clients
Maintaining clear and consistent communication at every stage
Responding promptly to inquiries and diligently following up on leads
Conducting property tours and showings
Supporting buyers and sellers to ensure smooth and efficient transactions
Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes Ensures clients receive timely, knowledgeable support during their home search, building trust and momentum in the buying process
Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria Helps the team fine-tune property recommendations and improve the client experience by staying aligned with buyer needs
Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients Speeds up the transaction process and gives clients a competitive edge, while allowing the sales agent to focus on high-level strategy and lead generation
Participate in team activities per team standards Fosters collaboration, accountability, and professional growth through shared knowledge and culture-building
Track tasks and activities utilizing company technology Keeps progress visible, ensures accountability, and allows the team to monitor performance and client engagement in real-time
Qualification
Required
Active Real Estate License (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and follow-through
Energetic, warm and friendly personality
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to provide clear, written feedback
Comfortable writing contracts under guidance
Dependable, punctual, and highly organized
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Professional appearance and client-focused demeanor
Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment
