Responsibilities
Manage large domestic and foreign trademark portfolios
Prepare, file, and coordinate trademark applications, renewals, declarations, and maintenance filings
Maintain highly detailed docketing and calendaring, including client-specific instructions and notes
Track deadlines and ensure compliance with established workflows
Coordinate with attorneys, foreign associates, and internal teams
Maintain accurate records and documentation across multiple jurisdictions
Support trademark prosecution and portfolio management from filing through registration and renewal
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of trademark experience (for Junior Level)
Extensive experience managing large, complex trademark portfolios (for Senior Level)
Comfortable handling 2,500+ marks across domestic and foreign jurisdictions
Exceptionally detail-oriented, particularly with docketing and calendaring
Able to follow established processes consistently and take direction well
Collaborative, reliable, and team-oriented
Strong work ethic with a practical, no-ego approach to the work
