Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing, and analyzing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, financial statements, and discovery requests and responses
Coordinating and managing Rule 410 Compliance
Collaborating with attorneys to prepare for trials, hearings, and meetings
Interfacing professionally with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals
Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills
Relevant experience in family law or litigation
Exceptional attention to detail
Organizational skills
Financial acumen
Advanced computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TurboLaw)
Comprehensive knowledge of Probate and Family Court processes and procedures
Proven project management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks successfully
Enjoy working as part of a team in a collaborative environment
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
