Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting activities across three café locations
Handle accounts payable, payroll, journal entries, reconciliations, and close activities
Lead period close on a 13-period accounting calendar
Maintain accurate inventory and COGS reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly financial statements
Manage bank reconciliations, cash controls, and fixed assets
Review vendor pricing and support cost analysis
Help improve accounting workflows, systems, and controls
Qualification
Required
3+ years of accounting experience in a multi-unit or operational environment
Experience using R365 software is required
Accrual accounting and inventory costing experience
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving setting
Preferred
Background in food & beverage, restaurant, café, or retail strongly preferred
