Customer Implementation Manager
ComResource is looking for a Customer Implementation Manager to assist in managing customer onboarding projects and ensuring a smooth transition into platform adoption. The role involves leading end-to-end customer onboarding, building project plans, and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the onboarding process.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end customer onboarding from kickoff to successful launch
Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and maintain customer satisfaction
Conduct status meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders
Track deliverables and ensure on-time project completion
Build strong customer relationships throughout onboarding
Gather feedback and improve onboarding processes
Contribute to project management tools and practice development
Qualification
Required
2+ years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS or tech
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and PM tools (Jira, Asana, Monday)
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce
Bachelor's degree in a related field
