Lead and execute multiple continuous improvement projects across welding
Drive change with excellent organizational, communication, and technical skills
Implement capital equipment to reduce costs, automate processes, and increase throughput
Utilize Lean and Six Sigma tools to manage improvements and track results
Support production teams with technical leadership and training
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering with a welding emphasis, or engineering degree with a minimum of three years' experience in welding operations
Knowledge of manufacturing weld processes, quality, tooling, tool design and preventive maintenance
Experience or training with Lean and Six Sigma tools and methodologies
Proficiency with MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Power BI experience a plus
Working knowledge of CAD and ERP, including BOMS, routings, and costing preferred
