Provide psychotherapy and psychological assessments
Treat adult and geriatric patients in skilled nursing and rehabilitation settings

Work independently within an integrated, multidisciplinary care model

Qualification
Required
Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical, Counseling, or Health Psychology
Licensed or license-eligible psychologist in the state of practice
