Responsibilities

Design next-gen chassis & cards for compute/network products
2D/3D tolerance analysis ( CETol ), GD&T , statistical analysis
Mechanical design using sheet metal, plastic, die-cast (EMI & regulatory compliant)
3D CAD with Creo / NX ; static & dynamic analysis ( Creo Simulate / ANSYS )
Cross-functional work with hardware, SI, thermal, manufacturing teams
Cooling solutions , supplier issue resolution, and junior engineer mentoring
