Chief Revenue Officer

The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will oversee Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Account Management, driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives and optimizing lead generation processes.
Responsibilities
Oversee Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Account Management and drive revenue growth by developing and implementing strategic initiatives, streamlining sales operations, and optimizing lead generation processes
Build and maintain strong client relationships, leading account management efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
Shape and execute the company’s revenue strategy to support its expansion and long-term success
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Lead Generation with expertise in identifying, qualifying, and cultivating potential customers to drive revenue growth
Strong Account Management and client relationship skills, ensuring long-term partnerships and exceptional customer experiences
Sales expertise, including managing sales pipelines, closing key deals, and achieving ambitious revenue targets
Significant knowledge in Strategic Planning and executing revenue-focused initiatives to align with company growth objectives
Proficiency in Sales Operations and optimizing processes and tools for team effectiveness and efficiency
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team
Experience in the electrical or construction services industry is highly advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred
MBA is preferred
