Responsibilities
Drafting formation documents for LLCs, LLPs, LLLPs, and Corporations
Prepare Operating Agreements and/or Partnership Agreements
Drafting Meeting Minutes and Resolutions
Filing formation documents with state agencies (e.g., Secretary of State)
Drafting Employment Agreements or Independent Contractor Agreements
Familiarity with registered agent requirements and responsibilities
Amendments or conversions for existing business entities
Business entity compliance, such as Annual Reports or Statements of Information
Work with clients directly to gather information needed for entity formation
Qualification
Required
Paralegal experience handling business entity needs of 3+ years (Minnesota preferred but not required)
Business hour availability
Reliable home internet and computer
Preferred
Remote work experience
Experience with Wealth Counsel software
Familiarity with agricultural clients and industry-specific documents
Understanding of VPN server access for file sharing and remote work
